Position: GCSS-Army – SME Senior Security Audit Compliance Analyst

Opportunity: This position will fill a critical role supporting the Army Shared Services Command (ASSC) and assist in the managing security roles and permissions for the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) program.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide technical expertise for security activities.

The SME shall provide assistance for application security within the SAP landscape in all system clients. This responsibility ranges from building or changing roles, performing GRC Segregation of Duties / Critical Action (SOD/CA) analysis for roles and users, configuring GRC SoD/CA system for risk rulesets; mitigating controls and reporting; supporting DFPS authorization requirements; supporting Audit-related activities; managing security configuration changes; reviewing SAP Security notes and recommending / implementing required authorization changes; working with SAP Development, Business and Test Teams on customer solutions and providing security and system usage documentation.

The SME shall perform detailed analysis and generate a wide range of reports for AESIP, Auditors and PMO upon request. Also, the SME shall provide technical and functional GRC support to AESIP for their Enterprise GRC implementation duties.

The SME shall also provide SAP Application and Technical Support to the PMO Test and Increment 2 systems. This support includes the following: user provisioning, test data setup, and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

Must hold  DoD secret clearance

Must have a Bachelor’s degree

A good working knowledge of US Army logistics business processes is highly recommended

Bachelors or Post-Graduate Degree

15 years of SAP experience in at least ECC, BI, XI, and Portal SAP modules

Significant knowledge of SAP integration between modules

Experience with CUA and structural authorizations

Experience with a large scale SAP implementation with over 150,000 end users

ASAP, Agile professional certification

SAP Certified associate

7 full cycle SAP implementations

Experience with GRC Access Controls

Experience with 3 tier role methodology

Technical Writing – very proficient

Location: Fort Lee, Virginia

Period of Performance: 12 months, plus options
