Change Capability Inc. (CCI) was established more than 15 years ago in Washington D.C. to provide its clients with change management solutions and assist them with implementing their strategy by managing the many components of change and their impacts. Since then, CCI has expanded its capabilities with highly motivated team members who are invested in delivering thought leadership and technical expertise for information technology solutions.
Since 2003, CCI team members have worked on the Army’s largest tactical logistics enterprise resource planning (ERP) / SAP solution. Our team provides functional & technical development expertise across the full supply chain spectrum, with a deep understanding of the Defense Industry sector.
In 2016, CCI teamed with other select small businesses and was awarded with a 5-year Army ERP Services Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, valued at $846 million. CCI will provide the Army with a full range of services including design, development, deployment, fielding, and sustainment required for the Army ERP programs and organizations including: Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support Systems – Army (GCSS-Army), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Army Shared Services Center (Army-SSC) and Army stakeholder organizations.
In 2018, CCI teamed with select small businesses and received a U.S. Army contract to provide information technology services to the branch’s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) under a potential five-year, $72M contract.
